Meet The Chef

My name is Francesco Tola and I have been a chef for over 10 years.  I was born in Italy and have cooked at  Michelin-starred restaurants around the world.  I am currently located in Detroit, MI and am available for hire for private dinners.

Growing up in Italy and Sicily helped mold much of my culinary experience.  Learning first hand from my mother and grandmother the importance of fresh, quality ingredients.  I spent years cooking real, traditional Italian cuisine.  Bringing my tradition and culture to each dish I create and sharing with others what is real food is my passion.  There is no greater joy than connecting with friends, family or even strangers over a beautiful meal.  It makes me happy and it is my goal to share that experience with others.
